How to Measure

For most accurate results, ask a friend or professional tailor to assist in taking measurements.  We may request additional measurements for certain orders.

Measurements

Bust – measure under arms at the fullest part of the bust. If you will be wearing a padded bra, take measurements with and without bra.

Below Bust - measure around torso under breasts

Waist – measure around natural waistline (usually the smallest part). If you bend to the side, this should be where the crease is. Do not pull tape measure too tightly.

Hips – measure around the fullest part of the hips (approx. 8” below natural waist)

Length – measure from shoulder to desired hem and waist to desired hem without shoes. Please note estimated heel height for long dresses.

Also, provide your height and any other fit considerations i.e. short or long waisted, broad shoulders, etc.

A photo of yourself in form-fitting clothing is also helpful.
